The Brain Station Story
Think differently about daycare and preschool -
Our director was an early childhood and elementary school teacher for over 20 years prior to owning The Brain Station. We have been in business since 2012 and each and every day we strive to create a nurturing and caring environment that children are excited to be a part of. We understand that choosing a childcare facility is a difficult choice and we do not take this lightly. Each and every child has things that make them unique and we love that! We want to encourage each child to be the best that they can be - that starts with being accepted and encouraged by caregivers.
Does your child need an extra hug in the morning? Ok!
Do they need to bring their favorite stuffed animal to feel comfortable? Great!
Whatever it is that makes your child unique (and happy!) we want to embrace that and help them to feel like our center is truly their home away from home.
Our center is equipped with security cameras in every classroom and around the exterior of the building. Access to the building is restricted via a keypad entry system.

Full-Time Program
A Perfect Fit
We are open Monday-Friday from 6 AM- 6 PM. Our license is for children from 24 months - 12 years old. Each and every day our center has a weekly theme that we build upon and have tailored lesson plans for each age group that help prepare them for Kindergarten and beyond. Our curriculum is developed by a former Kindergarten teacher that loves to see children learn!

Before and After School
Here For You
We serve the Festus and Crystal City school districts with before and after school programs, as well as coverage for days when school is not in session. We want school aged children to have lots of fun while they are here with us, even if it is only for an hour after school each day!

Summer Program
What You Need
Our summer program for school age children is full of lots of fun. We take field trips each week to local attractions and activities. We have activities planned for children each day that keep them engaged and interested but not feeling like they're still in school. Summer time is supposed to be fun and we really mean it!
